Terms of Service

By accessing or using Psyzone Sonics (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to any of these terms, you must not use the Service.

Psyzone Sonics is a therapeutic music platform that generates personalized audio sessions using AI. The Service includes: • AI-generated therapeutic music sessions based on user preferences • Immersive audio player with breathing exercises and 3D visualizations • Session configuration with templates, durations, phases, and intensity levels • Post-session feedback and emotional tracking • Optional integration with wearable health devices for post-session biometric analysis • Session sharing capabilities • Custom music upload functionality

Permission is granted to use Psyzone Sonics for personal or professional therapeutic purposes, subject to the following conditions: • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account • You must provide accurate account information • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account • You must not use the Service for any unlawful purpose • You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service • You must not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Service or its generated content • You must not use automated tools to access the Service beyond normal usage patterns

Psyzone Sonics offers optional integration with third-party wearable devices (Oura Ring, WHOOP, Garmin, and others). By connecting a wearable device, you: • Authorize Psyzone Sonics to access specific biometric data from your wearable provider through their authorized API • Understand that biometric data is collected solely for generating personal post-session reports • Acknowledge that you can disconnect any wearable provider and delete all associated data at any time • Understand that Psyzone Sonics does not control the availability or accuracy of third-party wearable data • Accept that wearable integrations depend on third-party APIs which may change, become unavailable, or have their own terms of service Psyzone Sonics stores wearable OAuth tokens encrypted with AES-256-GCM. Biometric data is used exclusively for your personal session analysis and is never shared with third parties.

IMPORTANT: Psyzone Sonics is a wellness and supportive tool. It is NOT a medical device, and it does NOT provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. • The therapeutic music sessions are designed to support well-being, not to treat medical conditions • Biometric data from wearable integrations is for personal informational purposes only and does not constitute medical data or clinical analysis • The platform should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment • If you experience any adverse effects during a session, stop immediately and consult a healthcare professional • Users with epilepsy, seizure disorders, or sensitivity to light/sound should consult a physician before using the Service • The breathing exercises included in the player are for general wellness and may not be suitable for all users

When you upload music or provide feedback: • You retain ownership of your uploaded content • You grant Psyzone Sonics a limited license to store and serve your uploaded music for playback within the Service • You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload • Uploaded music is stored securely and accessible only to you (and to recipients of your shared session links) • You may delete your uploaded content at any time • We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms

The Psyzone Sonics platform, including its design, code, AI models, templates, visualizations, and branding, is the intellectual property of Psyzone. All rights are reserved. The therapeutic music prompts generated by the platform are provided for personal use. You may not commercially distribute or resell AI-generated content from the Service without written permission.

Psyzone Sonics integrates with third-party services including wearable device APIs (Oura, WHOOP, Garmin) and audio generation platforms. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies: • Oura: ouraring.com/terms • WHOOP: whoop.com/terms • Garmin: garmin.com/terms Psyzone Sonics is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or terms of third-party services. We make no warranties regarding third-party integrations.

Psyzone Sonics is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any biometric data obtained through wearable integrations.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Psyzone Sonics and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, all associated data — including session history, biometric data, wearable connections, uploaded music, and OAuth tokens — will be permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD) applies to all data processing activities. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction in Brazil.
